St. Nicholas Buccleuch Church
Situated at the bottom end of Dalkeith (opposite the County Hotel) on the High Street the church is easy to find and close to the shops, so you can nip out and get your odds and ends when your child is dancing. The hall itself is large with a great sprung floor for dancing on, ballet barres and free standing mylar mirrors. There is a small changing room off the hall in which parents can wait on site if they choose. But more importantly in the grounds of the church they have their own coffee shop, which does a mean scone!
Newtongrange Church
Situated right on the Main Street you can't miss this church. It has a large car park to the rear (off sixth street) and an impressively large hall for dancing in. There is also a good sized room off the main hall which we use as a changing area and for parents to wait should they decide to.
Dalkeith Miners Club
Also known as Woodburn Club, Dalkeith Miner's is situated on Woodburn Road. It has an extremely large main hall, and the smaller hall, both with great floors for dancing on. There is also a large hall area with some seating for parents to wait whilst classes run should they choose to.
Hayward Scout Hall
Situated on St John Street Galashiels, dance classes run in the front hall (hall 1) of the building. There is a secure door entry system and a small hall area, outside hall 1, for parents to wait. Hayward Scout Hall is in the centre of Galashiels, close to many shops, cafes and of course Tesco so you can nip out and get your bits and bobs whilst your child dances.
King's Park Church
St John's and King's Park Church, situated on Eskbank Road, is directly opposite the bus station, and adjacent to King's Park itself in Dalkeith. Our Wednesday classes are held in the smaller of the two halls here. There is not an area for parents to wait on site, but because of its central location many shops and other amenities are very close by.
Gytes Leisure Centre, Dance Studio, Peebles
This purpose build dance studio, upstairs in the Gytes Leisure Centre is conveniently located in the town centre. It has a beautiful floor for dancing on, ballet barres and mirrors and a great seating area downstairs should you wish to wait on site.
